Early in December 2021, “the 2 billion m3/a Coal-based Natural Gas Project of Yili Xintian” constructed by East China Engineering Science and Technology Co., Ltd. won the national gold award for National Quality Engineering. The project utilizes local resources and adopts technologies such as crushed coal pressurized gasification, syngas purification and methanation to produce 2 billion m3/ a synthetic natural gas.
